Cancellations

  • Customers are encouraged to cancel as early as possible.
  • Cancellations made well in advance may not incur any charges.
  • Last-minute cancellations, especially when a driver is already dispatched, may be subject to a fee.
  • No-shows (when a customer does not appear at the agreed pick-up point) may be charged the full fare.

Refunds

  • Refunds will only apply when payment has been made in advance.
  • If a cancellation is made within the allowed timeframe, the fare will be refunded using the original payment method.
  • Refunds may take a few business days to process, depending on the bank or payment provider.
  • In cases where a driver is already en route or service has begun, refunds may not be available.

Exceptions
Quick Cab Melbourne reserves the right to refuse a refund if cancellations occur repeatedly, or if misuse of the service is detected.
